Terms of Agreement for
2009-2010 Calendar Fundraiser

Minimum Quanitity Order:
The minimum quantity for the discount price ($6.00 or $7.00) is 25 calendars.

Processing Fees:
As of 2008, we have started to sell our fundraising calendars online. To cover all of our costs, we have implemented a processing fee at approximately 4% (25 cents per calendar).

Shipping Info:
Calendars will be shipped upon receipt of purchase order, or check for total number of calendars ordered, and total shipping amount. Calendars are shipped by USPS in priority flat rate boxes which are $11.25 for
25-50 calendars, plus confirmation, that allows us to trace the shipment. The approximate total for shipping is $12.00 per 25-50 calendars. The priority flat rate box arrives 3-5 days after shipping. Orders received
before 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time are usually shipped that day or the next day.

Return Policies:
Calendars purchased at $6.00 each are non-refundable.

Any unsold, UNDAMAGED calendars purchased at $7.00 each may be returned, at purchaser's expense, before *April 1, 2009* for a full refund. Refunds are paid only after the minimum order of 25 calendars is met. (i.e. If you order 50 calendars, we can refund on 25 or less calendars, not the whole 50). When purchasing with a credit card, the fee charged to Color of Language for credit card processing will be passed on to the customer, as the calendars are at the lowest rate possible for us to make a profit. We recommend using a Purchase Order and/or check.

After April 1, 2009, the refund policy is null and void, however, a store credit *may be* issued for the next year's calendars.

WHEN RETURNING CALENDARS:
1. Be sure to check calendars carefully for any damage, wrap in bubble wrap and return in a box that fits snuggly to prevent sliding and damaging corners and edges. If calendars are damaged we cannot accept them for a refund AND cannot return them to you. The reason we can accept calendars back is that we can still sell them when undamaged. We also cut them up and laminate them as posters. But, if
they are damaged, we cannot resell them.

2. Post office Priority flat rate boxes shipping rates are only $8.95 plus .65 confirmation for a total of $9.60 and will hold up to 50 calendars. They should arrive in 3-5 days.

3. We strongly recommend that you pay the .65 for a confirmation on the returned package. Adding a confirmation allows you to trace the shipment, in case it doesn't arrive quickly or doesn't arrive at all.
Although we have never had that happen, better safe than sorry.

4. You will receive your refund in approximately 1-2 weeks as soon as the calendars are received, checked for damage and re-stocked.
